Swiss researchers discovered that laboratory rats with high acid levels experienced stunted growth and skeletal muscle wasting.

Now my Swiss colleagues clarify that any amount of chronic acid excess even in otherwise normal aging adults both slows muscle building and increases muscle breakdown.

bone loss and joint pain!

According to the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, a seven-year study from the University of California on 9,000 women showed those with chronic acid overload are at greater risk for bone loss than those who have normal pH levels.
